The Superior King Room offers a king bed, a living space, high ceilings, and a work area. Executive Fireplace Rooms include a wood-burning fireplace and views of Back Bay. The Judy Garland Suite spans 650 sq ft and has Back Bay views, a vintage crystal chandelier, and an Italian marble bathroom. The Back Bay Suite measures 800 sq ft and has Back Bay views, a meeting and dining area, a wet bar, and a marble bath.

The Lenox offers dining options at Sweeneys on Boylston, serving Irish classics. The Irving, the hotel's cocktail bar, features well-crafted cocktails. City Table offers a brunch.
