“I see a property whose prime advantage lies in its unbeatable location near Boston Common and public transportation. While some areas show their age, I noted the spacious suites and practical amenities appeal to budget-conscious travelers focused on exploring the city. For guests prioritizing convenience and proximity to key attractions over pristine modern interiors, it's a reasonable choice.”
